Butchering Class: Sausage Making

The class that everyone has been asking for! Learn to make your own sausage. This hands on class will walk you through our step by step process of sausage making. In this class you'll:

  • Prepare sausage kits
  • Learn about proper pork sourcing
  • Grind and Mix sausage
  • Learn about making a proper emulsification
  • Stuff sausage
  • Learn about the benefits of pre-cooking your sausages

This will be rigorous 3 hours of standing on your feet and getting your hands dirty. 

Each particpant will receive sausage that they make in class
